Shoes for Summer
I have noticed a massive hole in my shoe collection lately, mainly in the form of closed toe shoes I can actually walk a fair distance in! Lots of killer block heels from A/W10 and strewn about, but summer is looking tragically sad, thus shoe love is required. Personally I adore unexpected detailing on a shoe say in the form of edgy colours or a modern bow. Here are a couple of pairs I spied in Lannndan town that need to be added to my collection, especially now the sales are on...
First up, the ubiquitous Pierre Hardy for Gap heels in Easter egg inspired hues. Aren't they too cool? The pointy toe is devastating. Adore. Them.

The Gap in my wardrobe
Obviously everyone in the world of fashion (including myself) has been lusting after the Spring/summer Gap mary-janes. I want a pair....in every colour-way that will probably never get released...what more can I say,the countdown to their April release has begun. They will be mine.

In other Gap news the AW11 collection images have surfaced, I am always so impressed with Gap, the styling is so slick it makes you want to buy everything. The injection of leather in this collection makes it feel modern and tough. Gap has come a long since the 90's logo hoodies. Oh and Joan Smalls looks the business in that tan bomber. Future purchase picked.

Fool Hardy

Ok, so there are a few things I am looking forward to this Autumn/Winter. The Lanvin H&M launch, finally getting my hands on the M&S leather dirndl when its released in NOVEMBER (I'm on a major countdown) and obviously I was pretty excited about the ubiquitous Pierre Hardy for Gap shoes. So on thursday night after the Vanessa Bruno London store launch, I popped in to Gap to have a look at the shoes which I thought were a lust-have, but I'm not so sure anymore. Don't get me wrong there were lots of things I loved about them the fact they're 4" and easy to walk in is a major plus (oh the joy of wedge heels!) but I think they looked a bit blocky and made my legs look depressing unimpressive considering the major wedge. Oh well I'll have to wait till summer to see what else Mr Hardy/Gap has on offer...
